Whether you are parent to a little one, a big one or a fully grown everybody is welcome to come and have a chat and a laugh about the juggle that is self-employment in parenthood. These events are super informal, friendly and totally non-judgemental and we welcome all to come along.

Whether it consistently conveys your values and personality is another story.

When it comes to brand voice, we have an advantage over bigger companies, where copy tends to be edited by committee until any trace of personality is wrung out.

We know our customers inside and out (and probably by first name), our marketing tends to be word-of-mouth, and our brand is often inextricably linked with our personality.

But it can be hard to always come to the keyboard as ‘you’ (or at least, the version of ‘you’ at the front and centre of your business).

A brand voice document just gives you a cheat sheet to align your copy with your brand values — and help you sound more recognisably like yourself.
